About the Role

Pindan Contracting is seeking the services of an experienced Project Manager to join the team. This role will be FIFO out of Perth on a 15:6 roster.

As a Project Manager you will be required to:

  • Assume responsibility for the effective and profitable management of a project of high complexity, or several separate projects as directed.
  • Lead and guide the project team to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documentation, and Company standards and procedures.
  • Value and manage variations, liaise with client, sub-contractors, contract administrator and other relevant parties.

  • Suggest innovative and cost effective methods and improvements to productivity and profitability, including re-programming of the works as required.
  • Provide solutions/corrective actions/disposition.
  • Ensure project drawings and specifications are controlled and that obsolete copies are withdrawn.


    About You


    To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Project Management capacity within the Civil/Mechanical Construction industry on the Contractor side;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Law and administration;
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Excellent organisational and management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
