About the Role

Pindan Contracting is seeking the services of an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team. This role will be fly in, fly out from Perth on a 15/6 roster.

As a Senior Contract Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting detailed requests for quotations from subcontractor packages
  • Conducting initial negotiations with subcontractors to clarify the subcontract conditions
  • Participating in the review and pre-selection of tenders.
  • Maintaining a register of subcontractors.
  • Providing support services to operations staff to ensure effective contract administration.
  • Processing and recommending progress claims for work completed.
  • Processing and assessing of contract variations
  • Advising and supporting the Project Manager to meet the Contractual Objectives of the Project.


About You


To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and Economics
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Senior Contract Administrator on Resource Projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Excellent organisational and management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
